No Internets.

Sat Mar 24, 2007, 3:11 AM
Hey everyone,

I have to apologise. I haven't been a team player lately. :(

I moved out of home last month and haven't even got a phone line connected at the apartment, let alone the Internet.

DeviantART is generally blocked at work, and updating is a real hassle. Just to do this post, I had to sneak into Uni using my gf's ID card and hijack her computer login! Hehe.

So yeah, major sorries, and I'll be back later.

Cheers,
Tim

Weird Things

Sun Sep 10, 2006, 5:27 AM
I don't know what's weirder... This "tagging" topic, or the fact I'm actually using my journal to do it!! OMGWTFBBQ?!!

Anyway, I'm bored. And I like the concept of this one. List 6 weird things/habits about yourself and tag 6 others.

Why 6? Why not 10 or 4? Who knows? Who cares? Let's get on with it, shall we?

1: Every few years I have to manually remove the big toenail off my right foot. Sometimes I go to a doctor, sometimes I just pry it out at home. It's a long story.

2: I put chili sauce - hot chili sauce - in just about everything I eat. Including millkshakes, ice cream, and coffee.

3: Amongst all my intellectual CDs, I own several Kylie Minogue and Madonna albums. Shut up, I like them.

4: As adventurous as I am, I can only ever eat Western breakfasts when I first wake up. Come noon I'll eat anything and everything (asian, indian, etc), but for breakfast, it's cereal or bacon and eggs, thanks. I cannot work out why.

5: I can crack my back and take the liberty to do so quite frequently. Interesting note: I stopped needing a chiropractor once I learnt how to do this.

6: Amongst other languages I dapple in, I can read, write and speak basic Khmer (the language of Cambodia). It's a dying language, with a difficult sanskrit-based alphabet, and few practical uses... but I find it interesting! I spend Saturday mornings in a Khmer class with little kids learning from the ground up just like them.

Tagging: Yeah, sorry to be a pain guys. But you know the rules. If I don't tag 6 people in 90 minutes then a pack of geese will bite of my pecker while Bill Gates gives $2 to the homeless or something. You know the drill. So I'm tagging:
~numeka
~imed
~metronome198d
~GeneralStar
~hidden-light

Where it's at

Hey everyone!

Sorry I've been absent lately - life has kinda been distracting me from deviation things. *sigh*

Those of you who stop by on a semi-regular basis (I love you all!) I'd just like to remind you that I don't use DeviantART's Journal.

Instead, check out my regular blog, at:

Cheers!

I'm Back!

Sat Feb 4, 2006, 9:48 AM
... And most of you didn't know I was even gone! Haha. That's what happens when you host your own blog [link] instead of using DeviantART's Journal feature.

Anyway, I've just returned from three weeks driving around Australia. Me and the boys drove from Adelaide to Brisbane, Brisbane to Gold Coast, Gold Coast to Sydney, then Sydney back to Adelaide.

It was a lot of fun!

I took STACKS of photos, several of which are deviantion-worthy.

I've just gotten up-to-date with everyone's work and uploaded one of the holiday shots ... I'll be more active soon, I promise!

Take care,
Tim :)
